These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Borders Sea Tackle.
Borders Sea Tackle is an independent retailer supplying sea‑fishing tackle and accessories. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We aim to keep product information accurate, but stock levels may change. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with alternatives or offer a full refund.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you promptly.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Borders Sea Tackle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or external factors.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds are issued once returned items are inspected
If an item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund returned items are inspected
Borders Sea Tackle is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from improper use of fishing equipment.
